CutTime Information

CutTime is the record-keeping system used by the West Ashley Bands to track financial obligations, payments, fundraiser credits, and school-owned instruments or equipment assigned to students. CutTime is not our primary communication platform; announcements, calendars, and updates are posted in BAND.

Once we receive student info, guardian info will be setup and they will receive a text/email from CutTime. This will provide a link for you to setup your account online. Please save the link (app.cuttime.com) to CutTime so that you may access your account when needed.

Families should regularly check the student’s current balance, payment and fundraiser credits, contact information, and issued equipment.

Please allow one week for recent payments and fundraiser credits to appear. If information still appears incorrect, contact Mr. Smoak(Samuel_Smoak@charlestoncountyschools.gov) with the student’s name and details about the issue.

Families are responsible for monitoring their student’s account and promptly reporting discrepancies. Students are responsible for returning all school-owned instruments and equipment assigned to them.
